Currently, I am working as an Assistant Manager at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where I lead
operations teams supporting telecom clients. My responsibilities include managing daily operations,
driving SLA adherence, conducting performance reviews, handling client escalations, and delivering
WBR/MBR/QBR presentations. Through disciplined execution, data-driven decision-making, and strong
